Recently Adele shared a photo of herself on Instagram which pretty much broke the internet on her 32nd birthday this year. We all marvel at the body transformation and while we absolutely love and adore Adele at any size, when you're sitting at home with your hand in a bag of chips and munching on cookies for 7 weeks, something like this is downright motivating.

The singer has become increasingly health-conscious over recent months and a source close to the star praised her disciplined approach to her own well being.
An insider told E! News: 'She goes to different gyms. She goes early in the morning and meets with her trainer.
'She gets her workout in first thing. She works out for about an hour and leaves drenched in sweat and looking like she worked very hard.'
Adele reportedly attends a couple of private fitness classes every week.
The source added: 'She's also staying active going on walks and getting in a lot of steps. She is in a groove.'
Her new figure is also reportedly partly due to the Sirtfood Diet, which Glen Matten and Aidan Goggins debuted in a book in 2016.
